NFT and blockchain: the warning of an earthquake in the art world

The crypto art is traded for millions of dollars thanks to the NFTs, certificates of authenticity in the blockchain. An opportunity for artists and digital creators but a new challenge for copyright protection and for the climate.   The NFTs jumped into the major leagues with the sale of The First 5000 Days, the work of graphic artist Mike Winkelman, known as Beeple, which sold for $ 69.3 million.   How much would you pay for an icon of a "feminine, green clown-eyed, wild-haired" face? What are NFTs?.

NFT corresponds to the acronym "non-fungible token", which we can translate as "non-fungible token" or "non-fungible asset", or, in other words, the meaning of NFT means that it is an asset that is unique, it cannot be modified and it cannot be exchanged for another of equal value, because there would not be an equal one. To understand it better, an NFT would be like a unique work of art, for example, Michelangelo's David, there is only one and it is in the Gallery of the Academy in Florence; if someone wanted to have that particular David, they should buy it (if it were for sale) or get a copy, in which case, we would no longer be talking about the original, which is what gives the sculpture value. The same happens with NFTs, it is a unique digital asset, which although it can be copied, whoever owns the NFT owns the original, func...

Imagen
The world's first Metasocial Network of NFTs is born The new Metasocial network Woonkly.com is already a reality. A decentralized social network where all posts (photos, videos, music, podcasts, images...) are automatically converted into NTFs. In addition, the content is hosted on people's computers through a storage system called IPFS (Interplanetary file system). Woonkly.com is a decentralized social network based on Non Fungible Tokens (NFT). Users can create their decentralized profile by simply connecting to the platform with their metamask wallet, create NFT posts and then sell, buy, auction and share them. In this social network, users will be able to follow their friends, artists, athletes and favorite brands, as well as metaverses, play to earn games, among others. They will also be able to comment on posts, like NFTs, save them for later viewing and browse through dozens of categories. Metaverses on Woonkly.com Metaversos will also be the protagonists, integrating ...
